In post-war dynamics, she's generally okay with him and won't speak badly of him - unless he starts getting mouthy (in which case, she'll respond in kind). Pre-war, she's more visibly uncomfortable around him, but still capable of holding a casual conversation. I write Rei as a kind and composed woman who respects her husband and only wants to ensure her family's happiness.
